I played it and I appreciate the modern sound effects. But come on, it’s 2025… no mouse control? ;-)

Anyway, if you haven’t guessed yet: I’m the developer of Turbo OutRun Reimagined. I saw your review and read your feedback. Just so you know, there’s a dedicated suggestions & improvements topic on my forum. That’s the best place to discuss stuff in detail.

About mouse controls: totally possible! It’s just that no one ever asked before. The game already works with keyboard, all major gamepads, and even force feedback wheels with clutch + H-shifter. Who wants to drive with a mouse anyway? xD

As for the physics: oh, you have no idea what’s going on under the hood. There’s ABS and traction control for a reason. It actually goes deeper than NFS because of the realistic clutch.
Realistic steering’s a tougher one, because yeah, it’s still Turbo OutRun. The car slides from left to right, that’s just how it is, although weight transfer will affect how hard you can turn in.

Glad you liked the game though! And now you know: if you’ve got more ideas, the forum’s open. ;-)
